Shipping policy

Some items sold by S-rank Collective may be offered as pre-orders, meaning they are not yet in stock and will ship at a later date. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:

• Estimated Shipping Date: All pre-orders from our current drop are expected to ship on or around August 22, 2025. This is an estimate and may be adjusted slightly if necessary.

• Payment: All pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. This secures your item and helps us manage production accurately.

• Cancellations & Changes: You may cancel or modify your pre-order up until August 15, 2025 for a full refund. After that date, all sales are considered final.

• Partial Fulfillment: If you order both in-stock and pre-order items in the same purchase, your order may be held until the pre-order items are ready to ship. We currently do not split shipments.

• Delays: While we do our best to meet projected shipping dates, delays can occur. We’ll keep you informed if any changes arise.
