Return & Refund Policy – S Rank Collective

We want every fan to love their gear! If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right. Please review our return and refund guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • For hygiene and quality purposes, worn or washed apparel cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at srankco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you instructions and a return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method (minus shipping fees).

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.
